Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product packaging has been opened. This is in accordance with Swedish consumer law and EU regulations regarding hygiene-sealed goods.

Exceptions — we will offer a full refund or replacement if:

• You received a defective or damaged item

• You received the wrong item

• The packaging is still sealed and unopened, returned within 14 days of delivery

To request a return, contact us at info@missbubble.se with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We will respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping for defective/wrong items is covered by Miss Bubble.
